How do I contact Vektor support?+

I forgot my Vektor app password — how do I reset it?+
On the app login screen, tap "Forgot password", enter your registered e-mail and follow the instructions. If the e-mail doesn't arrive in 5 minutes, check spam or contact support.
The studio TV is not showing metrics — what should I do?+
Check that the Vektor receiver is powered (LED on), connected to the gym Wi-Fi, and using the correct contract activation key. If the issue persists, open a ticket at suporte@vektorfitness.com.br with the gym name and room number.
My heart-rate strap is not appearing on the TV — what could it be?+
Most common causes, in order: low strap battery (replace it), poor positioning (moisten electrodes and adjust on chest), strap already paired with another app (close the other app), or distance greater than 10 m from the receiver.
How do I change my max HR or age in my profile?+
In the app, go to Profile → Edit data → adjust age, weight or manual max HR. Changes take effect immediately in the next classes. Your gym can also update these values from the gym dashboard.
How do I delete my account and my data?+
E-mail privacidade@vektorfitness.com.br from your registered address requesting deletion. We delete identifiable personal data within 15 days. Anonymized statistical data may be retained for internal analysis.
I'm a gym manager — where is the admin panel?+
At admin.vektorfitness.com.br. Sign in with manager e-mail + password. If you run a gym and don't have access yet, contact comercial@vektorfitness.com.br.
I have a financial issue (billing, invoice copy, account block). Which channel?+
For financial issues (billing, invoice reissue, account unblock), use the finance WhatsApp +55 (35) 99928-0543. For technical issues, use the support WhatsApp +55 (35) 99764-7434.
