This policy describes refund, cancellation and warranty rules for products and services from JF Tecnologia e Soluções LTDA (CNPJ 57.189.628/0001-02), sold under the Vektor Fitness brand.
1. Right of withdrawal (online purchases)
When the purchase is made outside a commercial establishment (online, phone or e-mail), the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) calendar daysof receiving the product or signing the contract, per article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Defense Code (CDC, Law 8.078/1990).
To exercise this right, e-mail suporte@vektorfitness.com.br with the order number and reason. A full refund is issued within 10 business days of confirming the product return in good condition, via the same payment method used in the purchase.
2. Manufacturing defects
If the equipment (Vektor Fitness Box, receivers, sensors) presents a manufacturing defect within the legal warranty period (90 days) or contractual warranty (12 months from invoice date, whichever is longer), the customer should open a support ticket. Vektor Fitness will:
- Diagnose the defect remotely within 2 business days.
- Ship a replacement part/unit within 5 business days after the defect is confirmed as covered.
- Cover return shipping of the defective unit.
3. Not covered by warranty
- Damage from installation not following the Vektor Fitness technical guide.
- Misuse, drops, liquid exposure, power surges or lightning.
- Unauthorized hardware or firmware modifications.
- Normal wear of consumables (batteries, chest straps, cables).
4. Subscription cancellation
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, observing the minimum term and notice defined in the contract signed with the gym. Cancellation must be requested in writing (e-mail) to comercial@vektorfitness.com.br. No prorated refund of the current month is issued after the legal withdrawal period.
5. Returning loaned hardware
Equipment provided under loan remains the property of JF Tecnologia e Soluções LTDA. Upon contract termination, the gym must return the equipment within 30 days in good condition, allowing for normal wear and expected use. Return shipping is paid by Vektor Fitness when scheduled through support.
6. How to request
For any return, cancellation or warranty claim, write to suporte@vektorfitness.com.br or open a ticket from the support page. Include the invoice number, order number (if any) and a description. First-response SLA: 1 business day.
7. Jurisdiction and governing law
This policy is governed by Brazil's Consumer Defense Code (Law 8.078/1990) and other applicable Brazilian laws. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Santa Rita do Sapucaí — MG, without prejudice to the consumer's right to file in their own jurisdiction.
