This Privacy Policy describes how JF Tecnologia e Soluções LTDA (CNPJ 57.189.628/0001-02, headquartered in Santa Rita do Sapucaí — MG (Vale da Eletrônica), Brasil), operating under the brand Vektor Fitness (Vektor FitnessPulse, Jump and Speed), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data of its users — gym members, instructors, gym managers and website visitors — in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018, “LGPD”).
1. Data controller
JF Tecnologia e Soluções LTDA is the data controller for personal data collected via the vektorfitness.com.br website, the Vektor Fitness apps, and the devices (Vektor Fitness Box, receivers and sensors) installed in partner gyms.
2. Data we collect
- Identification data: full name, e-mail, phone, date of birth, profile photo, gender, gym membership number.
- Basic biometric data: weight, height, age, maximum heart rate (used to compute target training zones).
- Workout data: real-time HR, calories, cadence, watts, reps, time in each target zone, leaderboard position, class history and personal records (PRs).
- Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, operating system, app version, access logs and strictly necessary cookies.
- Communications: messages via the contact form, e-mail, WhatsApp or support ticket.
3. Legal bases (LGPD art. 7)
- Contract performance — to deliver services contracted by the gym.
- Consent — for health-related biometric data, marketing communication and image recording.
- Compliance with legal or regulatory obligation — invoicing, statutory log retention.
- Legitimate interest — information security, fraud prevention and product improvement.
4. How we use the data
- Deliver services contracted by the gym and display member metrics on the studio screen during class.
- Compute target HR zones, effort points and post-class reports in the app.
- Maintain leaderboards and gamification among members of the same gym.
- Send workout-related notifications, service maintenance notices and updates.
- Provide support and product communication.
- Perform statistical analyses and internal improvements — anonymized whenever possible.
5. Sharing
- With the gym where the member trains — receives metrics needed to operate the service.
- Integrated management systems (Pacto, Tecnofit, Evo, W12, Sponte) — only when the gym authorizes the integration.
- Infrastructure operators — Amazon Web Services (sa-east-1, São Paulo) and Supabase (database, with appropriate contractual clauses).
- Public authorities — only with a court order or explicit legal obligation.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertisers or third parties for marketing without explicit consent.
6. Storage and security
Personal data is stored on servers located in Brazil (AWS sa-east-1, São Paulo). We apply encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, role-based access control, log auditing and internal information-security policies. Security incidents posing relevant risk are reported to Brazil's ANPD and to affected data subjects under LGPD art. 48.
7. Retention
We retain data for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Workout data is retained while the member has an active link with the gym. After the link ends we keep data for up to 24 months for statistical purposes, then anonymize or delete.
8. Rights of the data subject (LGPD art. 18)
- Confirmation of processing.
- Access to data.
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or non-compliant data.
- Portability to another provider.
- Deletion of data processed on the basis of consent.
- Information about sharing.
- Revocation of consent.
