How does the Vektor Pulse installation work in my gym?
We ship the Vektor receiver with a step-by-step guide. Installation takes about 15 minutes: plug into the TV, connect to internet and activate with your contract key. Our support team walks you through it on WhatsApp.
How do sensors, dashboard and app integrate?
The sensor (strap or watch) broadcasts heart rate via Bluetooth/ANT+ to the Vektor receiver in the room. The receiver consolidates the data live, shows it on the TV and syncs to the member app and cloud dashboard — all with under 1 second of latency.
I already have heart-rate monitors. Do you offer software only?
Yes. If your sensors support Bluetooth or ANT+ (Polar, Garmin, Wahoo, Apple Watch, etc.), you can subscribe to the platform only. We assess your existing equipment before contract to ensure full compatibility.
Is there a free trial period?
Yes. On the annual plan, your gym gets the first month free to explore every feature, engage members and tune operations before billing begins.
Is Vektor Pulse suitable for gyms of all sizes?

Do I need a specific TV to display workouts live?
No. Any Smart TV or TV with HDMI input works — the Vektor receiver plugs in directly. We recommend at least 43" for legibility at distance, and 10 Mbps of stable internet per room.
Do members buy their own sensors or does the gym provide them?
Your call. Most gyms supply shared straps and/or resell Vektor straps as a personal accessory. Members who already own Apple Watch, Garmin or Polar use their own device at no extra cost.
Is Vektor Pulse compatible with other smartwatches?
Yes. Apple Watch, Garmin, Polar, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Amazfit, Coros and any device that broadcasts heart rate via Bluetooth or ANT+. Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch integrate through the member app.
Does Vektor Pulse actually help with member retention?
